One squirt only. The drawing is to make certain it's all in precisely the same area. Enable the spray air dry. Don't touch it in any way. It can take as much as 1/2 hour to dry. When fully dry place your patch on. It will adhere nearly beautifully and it will not eat the skin with discomfort
